Where Bosnian roots
meet Yemeni tradition.
Hand-pulled خلية النحل — pillowy bread baked into a honeycomb, glazed in raw honey, and finished with the flavors of home. Made fresh in Atlanta.

Our Story
Two heritages,
one perfect loaf.
Om Ali's Honeycomb was born in an Atlanta kitchen where a Bosnian mother's patience for dough met a Yemeni grandmother's reverence for honey. Every tray is shaped by hand, brushed with butter and finished with raw honey from local apiaries.
We don't cut corners. We don't use shortcuts. We bake the way our grandmothers did — with patience, prayer, and pride.
The Menu

The Craft
Four steps. Zero shortcuts.
Hand-mixed dough
Soft enriched dough rested overnight for that signature pillow texture.
Shaped into honeycomb
Each piece is rolled, filled, and arranged by hand — no shortcuts.
Baked golden
Slow-baked until the tops turn caramel-amber and the kitchen smells like home.
Drizzled with honey
Raw local honey poured warm, finished with cream, pistachio or rose.
